I see it coming. Neither party fields a strong candidate. When will it improve? Once again I see myself voting not for who I want, but against who I don’t. That’s not the way this was supposed to go.
It’s tiring. Is it unreasonable to ask for a politician seeking higher office who –
- – Has moderate views.
- – Their personal life is (mostly) above question, as in there won’t be some racist tweet surfacing at a later date.
- – Has experience and a political voting history of fairness?
Hopefully someone will surface in my lifetime, and I really don’t care where on the political spectrum they sit, as long as it’s not at the extreme of either end!!
